Cancellation Policy
For the standard rate, weekly rate and monthly rate, free cancellation can be done up to 7 days before arrival, defined as 15:00 PM local hotel time. If cancelled after the deadline or fail to show up for your reservation without prior notice, we will charge the full amount. Please ensure that you cancel or modify your reservation before to avoid any charges.

Pet Policy
Only dogs are allowed in Svend’s apartment. Cost is 150 DKK (Dog only) per room per stay. Pet deposit refund depends on cancelation policy.
